As a lifelong Ocean County resident, Mr. McNichols is dedicated to serving the needs of the local community. Mr. McNichols completed his undergraduate studies at the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He subsequently pursued post-graduate studies at Monmouth University attaining a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice.
While working full time, Mr. McNichols then graduated Cum Laude from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden. During law school he served as a teaching assistant with the Legal Research and Writing Department, competed in Hunter Moot Court finishing as a quarterfinalist, and was a recipient of a top 10 brief award. Mr. McNichols also earned the William Kulp Jr. Memorial Scholarship, Certificates of Merit in Legal Research and Writing and Moot Court, First Year High Honors and was named to the Dean’s List.
Mr. McNichols has experience in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, professional liability, employment law, workers compensation, municipal court, and general litigation matters.
In his free time, Mr. McNichols enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid bagpiper, playing with the Shamrock and Thistle Pipes and Drums of Ocean County.
