GREGORY P. MCGUCKIN

Mr. McGuckin joined the firm in 1988 and became a Partner in the firm in 1996. Mr. McGuckin represents various governmental entities throughout the state. Mr. McGuckin’s areas of practice include civil litigation, land use and zoning, residential and commercial real estate, and estate planning. He serves as Trustee with the New Jersey Institute of Local Government Attorneys and was previously appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to the District IIIA Ethics Committee.

Mr. McGuckin serves a State Assemblyman representing New Jersey’s 10th Legislative District which includes portions of Ocean County.
